Children Who Come with Labels and What Those Labels Mean to You
Special Educator Pam Smith will lead a discussion about the arts in the inclusive classroom. The group will spend time discussing challenges you may have faced in the classroom as a teaching artist and brainstorming accommodations for future lessons. The evening will begin with a potluck supper.

Date: Tuesday, May 13, 2008, 6:00-8:30 pm
Location: Pittsburgh Center for the Arts
Cost: Free. Please bring a dish or food item to share.
For more information: Contact Carol Wolfe by e-mail or at 412-342-4444.

For Artists: TAie (Teaching Artist idea exchange) is a series of informal gatherings held throughout the year for artists working in school, community and museum settings. The purpose of these get-togethers is to provide a forum for networking, idea sharing and support. Events are co-sponsored by the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts/Pittsburgh Filmmakers. To add your name to the TAie listserv, email Carol Wolfe at Gateway to the Arts.
