Artist: Balkan Babes

With lively accordion accompaniment and quiet a cappella verses, the Balkan Babes present vibrant music and songs from Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia, and Croatia. Dressed in beautiful costumes from each country, this program includes fun sing-a-longs and a few simple Balkan folk dances. Students will learn how music and dance are used to communicate history and culture.

Grades: K - 12

Site Requirements:

5 vocal microphones, 2 speakers with direct line inputs for instruments. There is a fee of $40 per site if required to bring sound system.
