Artist: Shakespeare-in-the-Schools
Artists Residencies and Pre- and Post-Performance Workshops are essential components of Shakespeare-in-the-School's mission.
Book one of our touring shows—Lessons from the Birds, Lovers & Fighters or Darwin and the Kid—and take part in an interactive workshop based on the themes and issues of the play. Professional teaching artists work with students for an action-packed hour, fleshing out themes and ideas through dynamic theatre exercises. Workshops focus on connecting the show to existing classroom curricula.
