Did you know? Quality arts experiences are a proven way to help young children develop cognitive, motor, language and social-emotional skills.

Gateway to the Arts early childhood performance programs, workshops and residencies in visual and performing arts are designed specifically for children ages 3-5 with the objective of helping young children express themselves creatively and master basic academic and life skills. Gateway's professional development  in-services and trainings for early childhood practitioners demonstrate how to use arts-based teaching strategies to enliven the classroom and foster an active, joyful, child-centered learning environment.
